Tabletop Role Playing and Board Games Social (Chess, Warhammer etc.)

Social space to play casual, friendly Chess - all abilities welcome. I am an advanced immediate player (~1600-1800 ELO) so will happily offer tips and coaching, or happily observe the chaos unfold ;)

The Curzon cinema, Sheffield, is a beautiful Grade II listed building, offering top quality drinks, sweet snacks, and food. Nigel and the team kindly offer me a reserved area in the classy upstairs bar, with lounge & rooftop terrace.

All other tabletop wargames/role-playing games welcome - warhammer, d&d, catan... whatever you fancy - feel free to bring something along.

I will provide a lovely wooden/magnetic chess set, Curzon have several other chess boards, and I will generally bring some Warhammer 40k Kill Teams, and another board game or two.

All things literature, voice acting and performing arts are also welcome, tying in nicely with my other Red Fox Social, which is hosted at Gamer's Guide at 2pm on a Sunday.
