Join our Red Light District Arts & Culture Events Meetup in Amsterdam!
Red Light Arts & Culture (RLAC) is a nomadic organization that creates, produces, and curates primarily FREE events year-round! Discover a side of Red Light District, often hidden in plain sight! From time to time, we will also organize attending other events from our friends and collaborators in the area - which may be free or include a ticket price.
We cater to social, music, visual, performing, and literary artists, as well as dancers, actors, and presenters.
Through curated artistic and cultural experiences, our goal is to highlight and add to the area’s rich cultural history, living heritage, and diversity, by fostering creativity, empathy, and a sense of community.
Immerse yourself in day and night events, cultural activities, live performances, and art appreciation in the heart of Amsterdam's vibrant arts scene right in the city center!

We will have TWO different groups with different routes, and one with a full tour!

The Red Light District will be bursting with music, dance, poetry, visual art, and new discoveries. 12 locations will feature a dancer / musician / spoken word and visual artists from the neighbourhood. Meet store owners and learn about the history of their business and building.
A small group of us, 10-15 people, we will do a route of 6 locations together! We'll meet at 12:45pm, start the walking concert tour at 1pm and explore the 6 locations together, and go to the Borrel at 7pm! We'll see dance, spoken word, music, and visual arts and discover all these special locations!With our Meetup, we'll do a specific route together!
At 12:45, we will meet outside at our first location: Il Sogno. The first performance is at 13:00! Here we will see a performance by double bassist Lorenzo Servali and vocalist Andrea Marino.
Afterwards, we'll lead you all around the Red Light District and check out the other 5 performances and go for a drink afterwards!*THE REST OF THE LOCATIONS WE WILL PROVIDE ONCE WE'RE EN ROUTE!* WE'LL CATCH OTHER PERFORMANCES AT 13:00, 13:30, 14:00. 14:30, 15:00 AND 15:30, WALKING IN BETWEEN!

Hi folks! For those of you wanting a FULL day experience, we'll take you to all TWELVE (12) locations on our special concert tour of Amsterdam's Red Light District!
Meet locals, expats, and when you get to the borrel/after-party at 19:00, you will even get a Goodie Bag as a treat for making it to all the locations!! We will set aside a goodie bag for you once you finish the experience!

WE WILL DO BOTH OF THESE BLOCKS! The other 2 events on here are just one block each! Be prepared to walk!!With our Meetup, we'll do a specific route together!
At 12:45, we will meet outside at our first location, Casa Rosso. At 13:00 (1pm), the first performance starts! Here we will see cellist and vocalist Chieko Donker Duyvis and dancer Fernado Oliveira.
After the first performance there, we'll lead you all around the Red Light District and check out 6 RED BLOCK performances and go for a drink afterwards! Then we'll check out the blue locations.*THE REST OF THE LOCATIONS WE WILL PROVIDE ONCE WE'RE EN ROUTE!*
