What we’re about
An estuary event is a 1.5 hour conversation with participants who enjoy discussing Big Ideas. We use a protocol that encourages mutual respect and openness. There is no pre-determined agenda. Rather, each participant puts a topic on the table (or pass if you prefer), and then we collectively decide which topic we are most interested in discussing. As a result, each session is different.
Our group is a great place to safely express your thoughts on various subject matters and to practice hearing other’s perspectives whilst expanding our collective knowledge and understanding. Welcome!

Please arrive at 6:30 p.m. to get settled, visit and order your snacks/beverages to be ready for a discussion start at 7 p.m. We will either be at a round booth or at the long tables in the meeting area - I will have a sign at the table.
Also please note that due to unsustainably high Meetup costs, we will no longer be advertising our events on Meetup after the current subscription expires in October 2025. If you wish to be notified of our monthly meetings after then, these are the options:
