Details
We're going to have a play with the graphics engine, Unity.
See below for instructions if you'd like to download the various bits of software and the tutorial we're going to follow.

We'll run this event virtually via a videconference. Please see the URL above, you just need a web browser to join.
I'm afraid this does mean you'll need to provide your own beverages and pizza.
Evening outline:
6.30 - Arrive (virtually), eat, drink (at home), mingle (online).
7:00 - We'll get the challenge underway
9:30 - Meetup finishes
To get setup in advance:
Visit https://unity.com/
Select "Personal" sign-up https://store.unity.com/#plans-individual
-> You should now be at https://store.unity.com/download-nuo
-> Click "Start here" then "Agree and download"
-> UnityHub download should start
Install / run UnityHub (this varies by platform)
Open UnitHub
-> Follow prompts to login, then register
-> Enter your user details and agree to everything!
-> Check email and confirm your email
Return to UnityHub
-- You should now be logged in --
-> Click "Activate new license"
-> Unity Personal -> I don't use Unity in a professional capacity
-> Click "back arrow" (top left) to exit Preferences
Install the Unity IDE

-> Click "Learn" in UnityHub (left side menu)
-> Download the lego microgame tutorial
Open the project in the Unity editor, click on In Editor tutorials (right hand side)
Press the play button - the game should start!
