Red Stick REIA - back at BR Crowne Plaza

The purpose of this group is to connect real estate investors of all experience levels in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas by fostering a setting of self-improvement, collaboration, education, networking, and abundance. Our group is led by local investors with proven track records in OUR market, and will provide market-specific history, information, and education to anyone who wishes to attend.

Real estate investors (or aspiring investors) of all types are invited to attend, whether their niche is single-family, multifamily, commercial, land development, and also those who provide services/deals to investors such as wholesalers, attorneys, CPAs, lenders, and the like.

Our events are held the first Tuesday of every month at one of two venues, depending on the month. In March and April 2024, the venue is the BR Marriott, and starting in June 2024 through Dec 2024, the venue is the Crowne Plaza. No meeting in May 2024. The meetingwill consist of equal parts networking and education. Guest speakers specializing in different aspects of investing will present and offer a Q&A session. Moderators will encourage social interaction among attendees and expedite new relationships.
