Obstacles - there are plenty in earning more in business. For most of us, a big obstacle is focus.

* Why focus on the right thing is more important than being efficient
* How deep focus works to get 'the big rocks' done
* Discuss what everyone thinks is their main obstacle to keeping focussed in their workdays.
