8:30 am I'll lead a discussion of the fortnight (drawing from books)
9:00am Mini group masterminding - groups of 2 or 3.
9:20/9:30 am Wrap up.

FOCUS: OUR FIRST DISCUSSION
Obstacles - there are plenty in earning more in business. For most of us, a big obstacle is focus.

• Why focus on the right thing is more important than being efficient
• How deep focus works to get 'the big rocks' done
• Discuss what everyone thinks is their main obstacle to keeping focussed in their workdays.
