For many widows and widowers, the desire to travel again is there…
but taking that first step can feel heavy, emotional, and overwhelming.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to go — yet something is holding you back — this conversation is for you.
This is a safe, supportive space with no pressure and no expectations.

Come simply to listen, share (if you wish), and connect with others who understand.
Travelers who’ve taken that first step are very welcome to join us and share what helped, what surprised you, and what you learned along the way.

We’ll have a relaxed discussion about things like:
• “I want to go… but the whole thing feels overwhelming.”
• “What if I don’t make friends? I don’t want to be alone.”
• Feeling nervous about meeting new people
• Airports and travel days feel intimidating on your own
• “What if I book and then don’t feel ready?”
• Not wanting to feel sad on what’s supposed to be a happy trip

And we’ll leave space for what matters most to you.
