Vipassana Meditation to Reduce Stress and Anxiety
Join us for a special weekend of four workshops introducing Vipassana (Insight) Meditation — a practice the Buddha taught to cultivate mindfulness, wisdom, and peace.
The workshops are:

Whether you’re a newcomer or already practicing, this series will emphasize how these timeless teachings can help you reduce stress and anxiety and bring greater balance to daily life
What to Expect:
- Guided meditation instruction and practice
- Discussion and Q&A on applying meditation to everyday life
- Practical tools to reduce stress and anxiety through mindfulness
Each session stands alone. Participants are welcome to come to one, two, or all three sessions. No experience necessary. Lunch will provided.
This event is free and open to all.

In person meditations are normally every Sunday at 1 pm. IIMC frequently hosts retreats for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday each month.
