What if getting dressed became a way of coming back to yourself? An intimate gathering for women.

Every day, we make countless decisions about what to wear—often without realizing how much those choices are influenced by trends, expectations, or the version of ourselves we think we're supposed to be.

Together, we'll begin with a community clothing swap, where you'll be invited to explore the pieces that naturally draw you in. Along the way, we'll weave in gentle prompts to help you notice what you're reaching for—and why.

From there, you'll be guided through an Energetic & Somatic Fashion Meditation using the garment you've chosen. Accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, you'll explore the deeper relationship between what you wear, how you feel, and what your nervous system is naturally seeking.

Is it the color that awakens your creativity? The silhouette that helps you feel expansive? The texture that allows your body to soften and settle? What part of you recognized something in that garment before your mind had words for it?
This experience is an invitation to dress with greater intention. Together, we'll explore how clothing can become a reflection of what genuinely inspires us, what helps us feel most alive, and what allows us to move through the world feeling more connected to who we are. Because when we begin dressing from a place of authenticity instead of expectation, getting dressed becomes less about fitting in and more about coming home to ourselves.
It's also an opportunity to gather with other women—to share stories, support one another, and experience the joy of giving beautiful clothing a second life. There is something powerful about discovering ourselves in community and realizing we don't have to navigate this journey alone.

You may leave with something new in your hands, but my hope is that you'll also leave with a new relationship to getting dressed.

Freya has spent 17 years working with the body as a massage therapist and energy worker. Her offerings are rooted in helping people come home to themselves.

As a dancer, Freya has come to know the body as something that moves, speaks, and expresses long before words do. This knowing shapes how she approaches everything else she offers, always circling back to one question: how do we listen to the body and let it speak?

That inquiry has extended naturally into adornment and personal style. Clothing is another language for what the body wants to express.

Space is intentionally limited to keep this gathering intimate. Reserve your spot early.
