Spanish Conversation on a lovely Sunday afternoon near the beach. Just pay for what you order: they have tacos, quesadillas, tamales - most at $5 or less. There is a small parking lot in front. Hopefully- a spot in the restaurant lot for you (if not - there is a paid parking lot next door).
