Confidentiality & Anonymity: What is shared here stays here. We honor one another’s vulnerability
by keeping names, stories, and identities within this space.
Gathering Flow
Arrival & Informal Connection (15 minutes before start): You are warmly invited to enter the room
early to settle in, socialize gently, and share what is present for you.
Opening (On the hour): We begin together at the top of the hour with a short reading grounded in
Buddhist teachings.
Silent Meditation: We move into quiet sitting, reflecting on the reading and whatever
arises in body, heart, and mind.
Shared Reflections: Participants are invited for timed shares. (depending on group size).
Reflection questions from the reading will be offered in the chat.
Open Q&A;: A space to ask questions about to me about meditation practice, thoughts, emotions, or the reading
itself.
Closing: We end with a closing prayer or mantra, dedicating the merit of our practice, and gently close
the space.
