Energy Intensive and Meditation

During this workshop you will:

1. Meditate for ten minutes holding the intention and agreement to be a doorway for the Universal Life Force, or the Light.
   (First time meditators welcome. Instructions will be provided for an easy first time experience.)

2. Experience three physical manifestations of energy in your hands and body (includes two spoon bending events)

3. Experience and Receive two energetic attunements (Including
   Reiki and Relinking Connection Frequency for self use)

4. Partner up and practice receiving and giving both energy frequencies.

5. No certificate will be received but you will be able to use these healing modalities for your family, friends and pets and plants.
