Join me, Steve Jaynes, for an enjoyable hour of meditation and enlightened discussion! We will explore working with the Light and I will guide us to the 7th plane of existence where we can experience the frequency and energy of the Source of All that Is.

First time meditators are welcome, I will offer easy to follow and understand concepts that assure success.

I have offered and worked with this format in Southern NH and the Albuquerque area of NM for a number of years, and people of all ages employ these techniques to meditate and move forward spiritually with great results.
