I am an award-winning clinical hypnotherapy practitioner. I have studied hypnosis at the highest levels with the most well-regarded trainers and hypnosis training schools. I have obtained certification in several modalities besides hypnotherapy these include NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) of which I am a master practitioner, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and I am also a master practitioner of Mindfulness.
