Last week, we began an introduction to Funky Mindfulness . This workshop explores the 4 foundations of mindfulness. So often, we get caught in a bliss trap disguised as a meditation trip. Learning the foundations of mindfulness will help you move past the challenges that arise when strong emotions and thoughts pop up. Knowing how mindfulness works help you form new brain patterns to situations. This interactive workshop is held on Sundays in May.
