A 90-minute workshop on why truth feels exhausting — and what to do about it.

Are you tired? Not just physically — but tired of not knowing what is real anymore? Tired of the noise, the spin, the outrage, the misinformation flooding every screen you look at?

That exhaustion has a name: reality fatigue. And it is not a personal weakness. It is what happens when human beings are asked to process more distortion than any nervous system was built to hold.

This workshop is not about politics. It is not about who is right. It is about you — and your relationship to truth in your own life.

In this 90-minute session we will name what reality fatigue actually is and why it is so widespread right now, practice mindfulness-based grounding exercises to restore your sense of what is real, explore three anchors for truth practice — capacity, discernment, and impact — and you will leave with a simple daily practice you can begin the very next morning.

This session is led by Marta Cruz Kelly, author of Truth Requires Practice: Becoming a Griot, mindfulness educator, and founder of The Griots Sanctuary. No prior experience with mindfulness or philosophy required. Come as you are. Come tired if you need to. That is exactly the right starting place.

Participants receive a Daily Truth Practice worksheet. Space is limited. This is a pilot session and your feedback shapes what comes next.
