Summer Solstice Mixer with Extended Happy Hour

This is a joint event with Explore The Bay (ETB).

SUMMER SOLSTICE
Note that in other parts of the world, this day is celebrated annually. "The Summer Solstice, which occurs between June 20th and 22nd in the Northern Hemisphere, marks the longest day and shortest night of the year and signifies the start of astronomical summer. It's a time when the sun is at its highest point in the sky and the Northern Hemisphere receives the most daylight. This event has been significant across cultures, from marking the beginning of the growing season and celebrating the sun's power to influencing agricultural practices and spiritual rituals."

ABOUT THE VENUE
We'll be outside at this upscale hotel restaurant. Order your drinks and/or yummy food (tacos) at the Airstream Bar. They have fire pits with lounge seating; and social lawn games for entertainment purposes. We'll bring a speaker and play some upbeat music to set the mood.

SPECIAL EXTENDED HAPPY HOUR
The venue has agreed to provide a special 15% off all drinks between 5:30 and 8:00 PM for our group only. 22% group gratuity will be added.

PARKING
Free lot parking for up to 3 hours. If you go over 3 hours, the price is $10 total. Ridesharing or carpooling is recommended.
