Ceri Newton-Sargunar: Systematic Behavioural Coach
Ceri is a Technical Team Performance / Behavioural Risk Coach and Systemic Leadership Strategist, helping people at all levels to work together more effectively. With a background in teaching and as a current student of neuroscience, she is here to make evidence-based research accessible and useful to fellow technical professionals.
As a qualified coach, and a certified agile practitioner with a decade of hands-on experience, Ceri finds joy in creating lightbulb moments and turning assumptions on their heads, as well as reading everything in front of her (because ADHD).
Tea in hand, Ceri coaches leaders and teams globally and is continually delighted to speak with audiences worldwide, mostly about the beautiful intermingling of behavioural science and agility.

Accomplished senior leader in Wales with a compelling track record of driving strategic, cultural and technological changes in business so organisations and customers thrive.

My role as a senior manager in cybersecurity has enabled me to advocate how technology can be seen as a catalyst of opportunity so we can deliver tangible benefits to the people of the United Kingdom with zeal and agility.

In terms of my overall purpose and mission, we have a word in the Welsh language called hwyl which translates to passion, fun, and success. In my career and personal life, my goal is to create an environment so other people can experience hwyl for themselves so we can be all fulfil our potential.'

Clare Russell-Pavier - Culture and L&D Manager, Cureoscity
Clare Russell-Pavier is the Culture, Learning & Development Manager for the fantastic team at Cureoscity.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that support the development of the organization's culture, as well as the growth, development, and wellbeing of their employees.
Clare has always been one of those ‘people’ types, having had a previous career in the theatre, both on stage and off! Fast forward a few years and a change of direction, Clare has worked alongside numerous teams and clients, with a focus on team management, client satisfaction and engagement.

With the team at the forefront, Clare’s role within Cureoscity was created in 2021 and she joined as employee number 7. The company has very quickly grown to an impressive team of 30 and Clare has lead on all recruitment, development planning and process creation.
