What we’re about
Reel Makers Norwich is about getting a bunch of people who love filmmaking together and making a film in a single day. It doesn’t matter how experienced you are or what role you want to try. When your film’s done we’ll pop it on the group’s YouTube channel so you can share it with friends and family (or we’ll keep it off if you’d rather not).
We’ll meet late morning, say quick hellos and what we’re up for (proper socialising, no big speeches), then split into small teams and head out to shoot whatever we can. After that it’s back to base to edit and have a few drinks.
Honestly, it’s just a good excuse to get out of the house, make something, have a laugh, and then grab a pint.
Bring a phone or camera if you have one, a laptop if you like to edit, or just bring yourself—there’ll be teams to join and plenty to do.
