We've been invited to the Philly Otaku Fest, again for the fourth year in a row! Woot Woot.
2023, and 2024 was a blast, who's ready to do it again this April? Philly Otaku Fest 2025 is gearing up and you are invited to attend.

Full Weekend of Events
Friday April 11 - April 13, 2024

🎉 The fest will be a 3-day event.
🌊The event will be at Cherry Street Pier.
🗓 Friday the 11th, is the opening of the con, starting at 4:00pm.
🗓 Saturday (12th) and Sunday (13th) will be full con days.

SIDE BAR: Thank you to everyone who attending Philly Otaku Fest last year, 2024 and tried to find my table yet I was not able to attend - last April, 2024 I had a serious health condition which allowed me to miss this amazing festival (I had the nerve to be in the hospital for days yall but I'm coming along - keep each other in prayer). Remember: health is wealth - be an advocate to take care of yourself and if you need help - acceptance is key and ask or allow those who offer to be there for you. Amin.

Philly Otaku is a colab-endeavour brought to you by husband and wife team @Skyshadows55 (Becky) and @Thomcat23 (Keni).

We have been otaku together since we first met, but we always just kept it as “our” thing. We only just started going to cons about three years ago, and realized what a wonderful world we had been missing. We knew cons had everything we loved in one place, but we didn’t realize what we were actually missing, and that was the people! The love and the positive energy that flows through these types of events; it is hard to explain, but it is contagious!

So we decided we wanted to use our talents and passions to work on something we love, just for fun! With Keni not only being an amazing artist and illustrator, and with my (Becky) passion for photography and event planning, as well as us both being graphic designers, we feel we can bring some really neat things to the Philly Otaku community.
Starting with events like meet-ups,and photo-shoots, we also plan to run our Instagram more like a magazine (or should we say Instazine). A place where we can have features on Philly Area Otaku. Have livestream events… Let’s just say we have some really big ideas…
