Refactoring Tech has gone virtual! For the foreseeable future, our talks, panels, and workshops will all be apart of our Refactoring Tech Chats -- online webinars providing our regularly scheduled programming, while giving members the opportunity to connect with members of both groups across the country.

Kristen Seversky is a product-owning, design-thinking, code-writing, people person striving to make tech more meaningful and inclusive. She is currently a Product Owner at Paychex.

For this chat, we will be talking about Kristen's pivot from a decade of software development to a product role through the use of Design Thinking and an affinity for people. The goal is to offer a new path for folks in tech and be the living example of how you can apply your skills in ways that might not seem viable in the traditional, linear tracks.
