🌱 Workshop Description:
Life can pull us in many directions: away from ourselves, our values, and what we truly need. This is the second workshop of a a 3-part workshop series. It offers a space to pause, reflect, and realign.
Through a mix of grounding exercises, personal reflection, and lighthearted group moments, you’ll reconnect with what’s essential to you. We’ll explore what lies beneath the surface of daily stress, identify unmet needs, and use your personal values as a compass to navigate the next steps in your life.
This workshop is designed to be both insightful and practical. You’ll leave with a personalised take-home guide that helps you stay connected to what truly matters and one clear step you’ll commit to in order to move forward with intention.
