This group is dedicated to women in Paris – French and international – who are looking for a space that is both safe and challenging, warm and transformative.
We gather in cosy cafés and intimate venues to:

⚡ Rise – find new energy, clarity and courage to take action in life, work and relationships.
Our circles are designed for women of all profiles: professionals, expats, entrepreneurs, mothers, students, women in transition… Every voice matters.
As a coach, I bring deep listening, thought-provoking questions, and action-oriented guidance. You will leave each circle with more clarity, confidence, and meaningful connections.
Our objective is to build a community of women in Paris who support, inspire and empower each other, while stepping off the beaten path to create lives filled with purpose and joy.

I am an international coach and facilitator, passionate about creating spaces where women can connect deeply and grow with confidence.
With a diverse background across Europe, India, NGOs and business, I bring a unique perspective that blends kindness, sharp questions and action-oriented guidance.
My style is both caring and challenging: I listen deeply, I ask questions that open new paths, and I help women turn reflection into action.
Creating Reflect & Rise is my way of building a community in Paris where women of all profiles can feel safe, inspired, and empowered.
