What we’re about

This is an invitation for those who would like to step into the high vibration of art creation — to experience the freedom of imagination and the expressiveness of the brush and the paint.

Everyone is an artist, with or without drawing abilities. Whatever we were told at school, it doesn’t matter here. No drawing skills are required for this event — only a curious spirit.

The purpose of this gathering is to come together, no matter our differences or life circumstances, and give ourselves permission to be fully present. To let our minds roam free. To be brave with the brush on a blank canvas. To be spontaneous. To be silent. To be dramatic. To be wild. To be vulnerable. To be seen. To be heard. To be authentic.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, to call things by their real names, and to stay open to conversation and connection with one another.

This is a call for thinkers. A space that welcomes diverse opinions, perspectives, and ideas.

The long-term intention behind this time spent ‘high’ in the frequency of art is to build confidence by daring to try something new, to spark curiosity about life, and to explore new ways of connecting with people — away from screens and devices.

As part of my coaching journey, now over 2.5 years in, I’ve been exploring the process of thinking — but this time I want to invite you to experience it in a playful and joyful way, just as children do. This is a celebration of the child within each of us, and by nourishing that part of ourselves, who knows what the next milestone in this journey called life might be?

All art supplies (canvas, brushes, easels) will be provided.

After the event, you are more than welcome to take your creation home — but I also invite you to stay mindful of your thoughts, reactions, actions, and opportunities in the days that follow (3-4 days), and if you feel like sharing, I would love to hear about it.
