This gathering is for those seeking meaningful connection and a sense of community—without any religious or spiritual affiliation. Together, we take time to pause, reflect, and share.

This month, we will begin with the reading followed by a silent meditation. We will then open it up to sharing where you are invited to reflect on the reading or speak about whatever thoughts, experiences, or challenges that have come up for you. (No obligation to speak.)

This is a time to listen to our own inner voice and to one another—without commenting on others' shares and without offering advice. Our intention is to hold space where you can express yourself authentically, be received with compassion, and trust that what you say will not be repeated. What is said here, what is shared here, stays here.

Conducted in English (but open to sharings in Spanish).
To helo with the cost of the space, we welcome donations of 4-5 €.
Please do not hesitate to contact Galia or Elizabeth with any questions or clarifications.

A preview of this month's reading:
""Did I ever know how to trust, how to wait? And you — did you? Did you know that trusting, believing, is a good thing, that it heals the soul?

I saw a very old lady in Livorno, leaning on her walker, gazing at the sea. Then she closed her eyes and simply let the salty wind caress her. When she grew tired, her grown son and daughter-in-law helped her back into the car. I glanced at my watch, it took her two and a half minutes to get in her seat. In the meanwhile, the seaside traffic on the only road cutting across the hills, came to a standstill. They were waiting for an eldery person to return home.

An elderly woman loved the sea. And now she was going home. That old woman — that is us, that is our past, that is our mortgage, our tolerance, our love.

Did you know this?"

— From the article “Trust” by writer Krisztian Grecso
