Homebrew: All-Grain Beer

Age 21+. IDs will be checked. Home brewing beer! This class is limited to 8 attendees and we need to charge a materials fee to cover ingredients. Estimated share for a 10 gallon batch is approximately $10-15. In 3-4 weeks your share allotment will be 2 six packs of 12-oz bottles, once the homebrew is ready.

Part of the learning will be:

Day 1: Brewing, making wort and processing ingredients for yeast action

Day 2: Bottling, transferring beer to bottles for carbonation

Timeline to drinkable beer is 3-4 weeks after the brew day.

Style of beer is a Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA or Black IPA).
