You play Bounty Hunters in a genricised Western setting, using the Fate system.
Each session you will have a new bounty to learn about, track down, and finally confront.

Where life has no value, sometimes death has it's price That is why the bounty hunters came.

You find yourself In the land between civilisations looking to get paid to take care of other people's problems.
As to why you are in this position there are many possible reasons.
A lack of choice - you were fleeing something or someone, and this was the only place to go where they couldn't get you. Or so you hope.
Hope! that's another one. Hope of fame, hope of fortune, hope of freedom, that can do it.
Or it could be that you have a natural talent for finding people and making them dead, and this is the best place to make use of that talent.

Whatever the reasons you are a bounty hunter, and there is work to be done.
