### 🌿 Join us for an open-air gathering at Finsbury Park, where we’ll reconnect with our bodies, nature, and each other through mindful movement and open conversation.
This 1.5 to 2-hour event is divided into two parts:
✨ Part One: Grounded Movement Practice
We’ll explore simple, accessible movement designed to awaken the body and invite new ways of moving—grounded, fluid, and intuitive. Whether you're experienced or brand new to movement practices, this session is adaptable to all levels. The focus is on moving with ease, presence, and connection.
✨ Part Two: Community Sharing Circle
After moving together, we’ll gather in a relaxed circle to share snacks and conversation. This is a safe and welcoming space to reflect on our experiences with physical movement, exchange lessons, and talk openly about common challenges. It’s about building community and learning from one another.
