Alchemy Retreat - Spain

Epic! It's been a while, so it´s time for another retreat! So our next Alchemy Retreat is in Spain, the beautiful region of Andalusia, with the warmth of the sea throughout the hot summer months and fonder sands that stretch across his beautiful picturesque village of San Pedro.

Once again we will be journeying together each day, discovering new insights about ourselves, new realisations about our lives and how to live our dream in more alignment to our souls.

Each day we will have our classes and workshops, our morning ones from 10am - 1.30pm and our evening ones from 7.30pm - 10.30pm.

The time between 1.30pm - 7.30pm is time to relax, eat delicious local delights, beach time, free time and time for a one to one session if you need.

We will have the choice to eat as a group, with a few, or on our own, we can cook together, go out and eat alfresco or do whatever takes our fancy.

The classes and workshops are all run by our Alchemists, all skilled in their fields, from Yoga to Freedo, from Reiki to Breathwork, from Tai Chi to Tantra. The mix of styles, techniques and philosophies makes Alchemy Retreat powerful in so many ways, this eclectic and dynamic fusion of Alchemists, from all over the world. Different cultures and backgrounds, all coming together to create Alchemy, inside and out.

Apart from the profound shifts that take place during and long after our retreats, there is always a a huge amount of fun, frolics and hugs.

Often the biggest challenges and shifts don’t take place during the classes or workshops, but often between them, on the beach, at dinner, sharing with friends.

Alchemy Retreat is designed for Alchemists to challenge themselves to be the best, to feel supported and confident to take their work to the next level.

Guests are invited to join us, this is very special because this unique environment with all the wisdom between all the Alchemists, gives the most deep and profound help and guidance for each guest.

You can reach San Pedro from either Malaga or Gibraltar. About an hour by car.

I met Gary Winer many a year ago and signed up for a course of Freedo with him. I was rather sceptical at first and remember our first lesson, after which I was meant to do my homework that Gary set and write down postiive things that happened to me along the way between sessions.

I woke one morning thinking I'm really not sure this is working but that day a change happened in my life as I chose sub consciously not to eat meat that day. I honestly felt this was due to me having a cleanse as I have with caffeine and sugar occasionally but no, this was not to be. I remember saying to Gary on my second Freedo call, that nothing profound has happened and then recalling I had given up meat and was physically sick when I ate fish and he laughed saying "Jan, I think that's pretty profound, don't you?"

Ha I am still vegetarian and could not imagine going back to eating meat. I always said if my body needed it, I would listen but no, my blood tests show I'm super healthy and very happy with it I must say!
