Eco Blitz - Erosion Control and planting at Minnekhada Regional Park

Come and be part of Eco Blitz 2026 with the Metro Vancouver Ecological Restoration Team at Minnekhada Regional Park!
Help restore valuable habitat by planting native trees and shrubs in areas that have been eroded.

Volunteers will also assist with installing erosion control blankets and coir logs.

All tools, gloves, and training will be provided. Light refreshments will be available throughout the event.

We will meet in the Quarry Road Parking lot and then walk over to the restoration site on North part of Quarry Trail.

Join us for a rewarding day of environmental stewardship and community action.
