This 75-minute online session is a gentle introduction to somatic therapy and the nervous system. My intention is to create a space where you can arrive just as you are — to learn, share, and connect in a way that feels safe and supportive.

Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to healing that helps us understand and work with our bodies instead of against them. Through awareness, gentle exploration, and curiosity, we begin to listen to the body’s language — noticing how it holds stress, safety, and emotion — and how, with care, it can guide us back to ease and balance.

What to Expect
• A simple, easy-to-follow introduction to how your nervous system works
• Guided somatic exploration — grounding, breath and awareness
• Reflection and optional group sharing in a supportive space
• A sense of connection you can carry into everyday life
