This is a small, guided gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and gain clarity about what is happening internally.
We will begin with simple breathwork and body awareness to help settle the nervous system. From there, we will gently explore the emotions that are present and what they might be communicating.
After the guided portion, you’ll have time for reflection and journaling using prompts designed to help you connect the experience to your everyday life.
This is not therapy and it’s not a lecture.
It’s a quiet, intentional space to reconnect with yourself and gain insight.
No experience is necessary.
Spots are intentionally limited to keep the space calm and personal.
