What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to start creating better relationships to our technology in hopes of alleviating the chronic overstimulation and social pressures that our ever-connected tech seems to be causing.
The group's goal is to provide tangible and simple answers to dealing with technology that is designed to steal our attention and focus. The goal is to focus on real solutions, rather than get stuck on current problems.
The noise that technology creates in our lives can make it hard to decipher the signals our bodies are trying to show us, and our electro-chemical nervous systems are far more sensitive and in-tune with our environment than we give them credit for.
Come meet in person, and discuss how technology has so much capability to IMPROVE our lives and social structures, rather than cause the dissent and division it is currently doing amongst our peers and communities big and small.
Brian Romanelli is a Licensed Bodyworker with ArrowSpine Manual Therapy (www.arrowspinetherapy.com). His work focuses on the nervous system and myofascial webbing that makes up our physiological bodies, and shapes our posture, pain perception, and mental clarity.
This group can include some Somatic and Nervous system Regulation techniques, as well as a wealth of information on understanding the technology we have to use every single day, whether we like it or not.
