Her passion for real estate sparked in 2013 when she began her journey as a Realtor in our local market. Eager to explore new avenues, Erin added an arm to her business, flipping homes—a venture that allowed her to capitalize on her knack for transforming neglected properties into stunning living spaces. Her passion for real estate extended beyond short-term gains. Recognizing the power of long-term rentals as a stable source of passive income, she started to focus on building a portfolio of income-generating properties. She started with singe family rentals and moved into larger asset classes such as multi-family, mobile home parks, commercial property and synciations.

Investing in real estate has truly changed the trajectory for Erin and her family which sparked a desire to help others do the same. She now mentors others, giving them the same tools she used to have the confidence to take the leap into buying passive income properties that cash flow and create a life by design.
