At 40 years old, I made the pivotal decision to sell my townhouse and downsize into a tiny apartment, using that equity to invest in a beginner's coaching program and kickstart my wholesaling journey. This leap of faith has since transformed into an expert off- market acquisition company, employing various exit strategies, including wholesaling, wholetailing, flipping, and retaining properties as rentals.

My passion for real estate and a genuine desire to help others achieve financial freedom led to the founding of REI Freedom. Our focus is on helping part-time investors transition into full-time roles by developing their acquisition and disposition skills. In just our first year, we've welcomed 25 students into the program, with many of them successfully closing deals within 90 days and continuing to find success with our support.
