Ilya is going to break down how he went from working a 9-5 job with the NYPD to running a virtual wholesaling business from his laptop while travelling the world. He'll share his business building journey and show you how you can achieve success in virtual wholesaling!

Ilya Kos is an investor and philanthropist who founded a national real estate investment company, "Finest Home Buyers" in 2016 while serving as a New York City Police Officer. Ilya Kos served in the NYPD as a Police Officer for 8 years and helped develop a charitable boxing organization, Cops & Kids Athletic Club, providing the youth with an opportunity to practice boxing without a fee. Kosilov is a proud husband and father. In his personal time, he is part of the NYPD boxing team where he has competed in matches and later became a boxing manager, training winning fighters who later became professionals. More recently, Kosilov took on the sport of golf and he is part of Ronald Mcdonald's volunteers for the annual golf outings held in Westchester County, NY.
