This group is open to anyone interested in real estate investing. All experience levels are welcome to come, share knowledge, and meet amazing people. This group was started to bring investors from Mankato and surrounding areas together to network and have a good time. Various topics will be discussed such as finding deals, funding, property management, rentals, flipping, wholesaling, BRRRR, taxes, favorite entrepreneurial/real estate books, real estate market, Airbnb, student housing, road blocks, and so much more! She specializes in helping clients buy and sell privately held businesses and commercial real estate, with experience spanning manufacturing, hospitality, retail, service businesses, multifamily, industrial, warehouse, office, and commercial land.
Adam Knewtson – Farmland & Land SpecialistAdam brings decades of firsthand experience with farmland, beginning with the purchase of his first farm in 1998. Today, he specializes in farmland and land sales throughout Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa. Adam has earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation through the REALTORS® Land Institute and was recognized with an APEX Award after exceeding $5 million in annual land sales. He is also a licensed drone pilot and has passed his real estate broker’s exam.
Together, Karen, April, and Adam will share insights from their respective areas of expertise, discuss what they’re currently seeing in the market, and provide an opportunity to learn more about the different ways people are buying, selling, investing, and creating opportunities across real estate and business.
