GENERAL MEETUP INFO:
This is an networking Meetup focused on the "Part-Time" Real Estate Investors. Maybe you're a beginner still in the education phase, or maybe you've had a real estate side hustle for a while. We'll talk about how to take your business to the next level. If you've already kissed your 9-5 job goodbye, come to tell your own war stories and provide inspiration for those of us who are still trying to figure it all out!

JARED LICHTIN BIO & LINKS:
Bio: I started flipping houses out of law school in 2013. Worked for a huge law firm in oil & gas, good money but terrible work life balance. Bought one flip at a time and once I could do 3 a year I quit in 2015. Scaled things up recently, lived in California for 3 years, and just moved back in June to focus more on flipping, partnerships, and building my construction company. I am a Texas attorney, California real estate broker, and overall huge Cleveland sports fan/investor. I put out a ton of free content on my Youtube channel @JaredLichtin.

I flipped 12 houses in 2018, all in Cleveland, and then had a bad business partnership stall everything that caused me to lose a ton of money. Digging myself out of this and being real & honest with people about protecting yourself/playing defense, is just as much the name of the game as being aggressive, finding deals, etc.
