Christian will share the story of completing his first flip project, including how he found the deal, the renovation process, unexpected challenges, and what the numbers ultimately looked like.

Ryan will walk through his experience purchasing his first buy-and-hold investment, discussing how he evaluated the property, financed the deal, and what it was like stepping into long-term ownership.
