REIA NYC | Brooklyn Real Estate Investors is the Brooklyn-based community of the Real Estate Investors Alliance – Now. You. Can. (REIA NYC), a national and global investing alliance founded by Dr. Teresa R. Martin, Esq.
This group is designed for professionals who live or work in Brooklyn but want access to national and international real estate strategies that do not rely on flipping, wholesaling, or speculative risk.

National Recognition & Credentials
REIA NYC is an Official Chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA). Members may pursue the Certified Agent Representing Investors (CARI) Designation, a national credential for agents and professionals who serve investor clients.
Dr. Teresa R. Martin, Esq. is a contributing author and certified trainer of the CARI curriculum, bringing institutional-grade training directly into the REIA NYC ecosystem.
Most REIA NYC education is delivered virtually to support national reach, with select hybrid sessions hosted in the Long Island–Queens market.
