This group serves professionals who live or work in Long Island and Queens but want to invest beyond local market limitations using compliant, strategic, and sustainable real estate models.

REIA NYC does not focus on flipping, wholesaling, or speculative deal-chasing.
Instead, members learn how to build wealth through:
• National and global investing strategies
• Business credit and creative funding
• Paper assets such as tax liens and notes
• Fractional and collaborative ownership
• Legal structuring and asset protection

National Recognition & Credentials
REIA NYC is an Official Chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA). Members may pursue the Certified Agent Representing Investors (CARI) Designation, a nationally recognized credential for professionals serving real estate investors.

Dr. Teresa R. Martin, Esq. is a contributing author and certified trainer of Operate Locally, Invest Nationally: Expanding Income Through Collaboration, the core curriculum behind the CARI designation.

Most REIA NYC education is delivered virtually to support national reach.
