What we’re about
Reiki is a gentle hands on energy healing technique that balances you emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
We will begin the evening by sharing introductions, a circle discussion, connecting with our hearts, announcements, and a centering and grounding meditation. Then we exchange Reiki and finish with a group healing circle.
All are welcome and invited to join us.
Reiki gives your body and mind an opportunity to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.
Share an evening of Reiki in a comfortable space with a great group of people.

What is Reiki?
- Reiki is a gentle hands-on (or off) energy healing technique that balances you emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
- Reiki encourages the release of stress and tension & accelerates physical, emotional, and mental healing.
- Reiki is non-invasive, and supports all natural orthodox modalities & medicine.
- Reiki is unlike receiving a massage, and is completed fully clothed.
What happens at a Reiki Circle?
- We open with announcements, and a centering and grounding meditation lead by the Reiki Master host before we move to the tables where you can experience the flow of Reiki.
- All who desire to experience the relaxing and healing flow of Reiki are welcome. No attunement necessary to receive. All invited may participate.
What else should I know?
- We ask for your cooperation in maintaining this event fragrance-free & thank you for refraining from wearing scented lotions, oils, and perfumes.
- If this is your first time attending, carefully read the location tips below.
- Master Level Reiki Practitioners will be present to guide & support you.
Location Tips:
- Enter the parking lot through the E. 1st St. entrance. Entering from Mesa Dr. is not recommended.
- Parking is free, and located on the furthest West side of the Firehouse lot.
- Please message the Meetup group for help.
