If you've had a break from your practice, or you’re looking to advance to the next Reiki level (lReiki 3 or Master), this refresher is perfect for you!
Q: I stopped connecting with Reiki. Did I lose it?
A: No way!When life gets busy, your Reiki practice may be put to the side. You may feel like Reiki has disappeared or worn off. But, this is never the case. Reiki is always there when you’re ready. It’s like a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger it will be. It can be your foundation of support.
During this refresher course, you’ll be reminded of the soothing sense of peace that comes from self practice and sharing Reiki with others. You’ll reconnect with what you want out of your life, what you’re here to learn, and why you’re called to Reiki in the first place.
You’ll also be learning new techniques and applications with plenty of time for questions and practice. One attunement will be performed for each participant.
Other than a few handouts, we will be reviewing the Reiki 1 and 2 manuals provided during your training. You’re encouraged to bring your manual, or purchase the most recent 2025 edition with new content for an additional fee.

- A checklist to practice self-Reiki hand positions
- A checklist to practice Reiki hand positions for others
- New grounding and protection techniques
- New application of using Reiki to clear and protect any space
- Review of the 3 sacred symbols and their usage

Join Danielle Mai, experienced Reiki Master & Teacher, for this in-person Reiki Level 2 training in the empowering energy of the full harvest moon. She's attuned 350+ Reiki students, and would love for you to become part of this supportive Reiki community.
In this Reiki 2 training, you’ll build on the strong foundation of Japanese and Western-style techniques and deepen your connection to energy (Ki) using symbols and sharing Reiki from a distance.
You'll also learn traditional Japanese techniques for sharing Reiki intuitively. As you connect to intention and continue the flow of Ki, energy that’s no longer serving you is released and you become an even stronger vessel for Reiki.
Completion of Reiki 1 training and 1 to 3 months of practice is recommended before taking this class. Students joining this training have practiced the techniques and incorporated the information learned during Reiki 1 training. Participants should feel a commitment toward using the tools for themselves and others, and may wish to practice Reiki professionally.
