Come and experience some of the modalities for helping with personal change offered by Sarah Lee and Vivien Beere.
Sarah is Reiki Master Teacher & Sound healing practitioner, meditation instructor.
Vivien is a professional Counsellor, Art Therapist and Dreamwork teacher.
12 weekly sessions, each complete in itself. Come to one, to several or to all of them.
Includes reiki, singing bowls, sound healing, art process work, dream work and creative writing, to uncover and unfold themes important to you, plus discussion and a chance to share as much or little as you choose. You don’t need to be good at art or music or believe anything! All exercises are optional so make up your own mind.
First session is in Wembley etc
