Hapé is a sacred Amazonian tobacco plant medicine blended with herbs, traditionally used for cleansing, grounding, and spiritual alignment. Administered through the nose with a kuripe or tepi pipe, it can support:

* Eat a light breakfast; avoid heavy or oily foods before the ceremony.
* Water will be provided; light snacks afterward to ground you gently.
* Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and recreational substances 24 hours prior.
* Some may experience purging during Hapé (tears, nasal tingling, vomiting) — this is natural and part of the cleansing process.
