Reiki Circle: Chakra introduction - third eye Chakra and crown chakra

In this event we will explain a bit about chakras in general and tell you a lot about the forehead chakra (also known as 3rd eye) and the crown chakra specifically.

Connect with your intuition, your cosmic consciousness and deep wisdom within. Join our tea ceremony to activate the third eye chakra and connect to the spirit world.

You learn how the forehead and crown chakra influence us in our daily life.
Of course we teach you many ways of how to open your third eye chakra and crown chakra and energize them. All exercises can easily be practiced at home without any tools or things you might have to buy.

Arriving & Greetings.
Getting to know each other and connecting to the group energy.
Tea Ceremony including information and exercises to open the 3rd eye and crown chakras.
Meditation with Reiki.
Reiki-Circle.
Sharing round.
