Open to both teens and adults. No physical touch involved.
Bring a yoga mat (optional)-or seated participation welcome.

This free ninety minutes class, offers an introduction to Reiki energy healing, followed by a short Reiki session and a soothing sound bath led by my students, a sound healer and I. No physical touch will be involved as Reiki can be practiced "off the body".
