The focus of Level 1 is learning Reiki self-practice for releasing stress, boosting your immune system and awakening your body's own ability to heal on all levels. You will also practice the techniques for giving Reiki to others.
This online class is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in energy healing, including: students, nurses, parents, teachers, coaches, artists, therapists, body workers, entrepreneurs and engineers... everyone!

Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 classes are small (limited to 6 students) and open to all. NO prior experience is needed. You will receive everything you need to become a Reiki Level 1 practitioner in this class:
- The energy channels in your body and spirit will be opened up to the pure, healing energy and unconditional love of Holy Fire Reiki.
- Through a day of instruction, discussion, guided meditation, practice and a number of breaks you will receive healing as you learn to be a healer.
- You will leave this 8-hour training a Usui/Holy Fire III Level 1 practitioner, certified and empowered to give Reiki to yourself, family, friends and pets.
