Reiki for Relaxation, Balance and Joy

Let Holy Fire® World Peace energy guide you in a meditation to help you release stress, rebalance your energy and restore your sense of well being. Join us on May 17 for this event and learn how Reiki can help release anxiety and stress and replace it with purpose, peace and joy.

All are welcome! No prior Reiki or meditation experience needed. All you need is a quiet, private space where you can sit or lie down to experience this unique form of meditation and group healing energy. Connecting with others makes being camera-ready a plus, although it's not a requirement.

Reiki Master Gail Christie will facilitate the Reiki-infused meditation and invites all participants with distance Reiki training to join her in sending Reiki healing energy to others in the group and to the planet.

Register as soon as possible to save your spot, but no later than 11:00am EDT on Saturday, May 17. This event is held on Zoom and admission is via password and waiting room. The password will be sent via email to all registered attendees who have registered to accept messages about their meetings. PLEASE NOTE: Each person needs to make their own reservation.

Due to the meditation format it will only be possible to admit participants in the first 10 minutes of the session. Please sign on early so you don't miss a thing!

Deepen your connection to Reiki energy and learn how to send distance Reiki in this in-person Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Level 2 certification class on May 18. Receive the Reiki 2 placement (attunement), learn all three Usui Reiki Level 2 symbols and receive comprehensive training in giving a complete Holy Fire® Reiki session.

Holy Fire® Reiki 2 training is open to all those who have Reiki 1 certification or higher. Register as soon as possible to save your spot and receive your course materials, but no later than May 11.

This class is taught by Gail Christie, an ICRT-trained Holy Fire® III Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki® and World Peace Reiki Master Teacher. Classes are small (limited to 6 students), to allow time for individualized attention. You will receive an ICRT Reiki 1 & 2 manual, course materials and a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Second Degree certificate. You will be empowered to give in-person and online treatments to others by the end of the day.

Join us for the Holy Fire® Reiki Level 1 training class. In this training you will be effortlessly connected to Holy Fire® Reiki energy through the Level 1 placement (attunement).

The focus of Level 1 is learning Reiki self-practice for releasing stress, boosting your immune system and awakening your body's own ability to heal on all levels. You will also learn the techniques for giving Reiki to others.

This in-person class, held in Stamford, CT, is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in energy healing, including: students, nurses, parents, teachers, coaches, artists, therapists, entrepreneurs, body workers... everyone!

Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 classes are small (limited to 6 students) and open to all. NO prior experience is needed. You will receive everything you need to become an accomplished Reiki Level 1 practitioner in this class:

• The energy channels in your body and spirit will be opened up to the pure, healing energy and unconditional love of Holy Fire® Reiki.
• Through a day of instruction, discussion, guided meditation, practice and lots of breaks you will receive healing as you learn to be a healer.
• You will leave this 8-hour training a Usui/Holy Fire® III Level 1 practitioner, certified and empowered to give Reiki to yourself, family, friends and pets.
